I am a hardworking, dedicated construction professional who enjoys leading, a successful productive Consultancy Team. I specialise in challenging projects & high-pressure environments which enable me to utilise my excellent decision-making and client liaison skills. I have from the outset of my career within the construction industry as a senior project manager, been involved in Multi-Million Design Build/PFI Projects such as hospitals/high rise hotels/residential accommodations/conference centers/secure police accommodation/London Underground station refurbishment and as such I am fully conversant with the need to ensure Fire Safety Engineering (Strategy Systems) are in place & all materials are fully compliant with statutory regulations/specifications.
